How To

How to fast corner

During a race, you want to get your car out of the way of others so you can go faster. This means that you need to turn before others. Doing this correctly will cause everyone to brake, as they won't know what is ahead. You will avoid any collisions with vehicles coming from other directions. So, how can you turn quickly?

First, you need to know where you're going. You will likely be surprised at where you end up. You need to plan well. Make a map of your route so you can see where you're heading at any given moment. It may seem like a lot of work but once you have a good idea of the route you are trying to take, you will be able to save yourself a lot later.

Next, decide when you want to turn. After you have passed the first corner, it is the best place to start. Once you've passed the first corner, you'll know exactly where you're starting from. The next step is to decide if you want to use the outside or inside lane.

If you want to move in the inside lane you should wait until there isn't any traffic. Then you'll be able to move quickly without worrying about hitting someone. It is crucial that you stay in the inside lanes once you are in them. Do not allow yourself to drift back into the outside lanes. You could hit someone moving slowly if you do. Remember that crossing the line between the lanes can cause you to lose control of the vehicle, making it more vulnerable to accidents.

Once you have chosen the lane, it's time to decide where to turn. This problem can be approached in many different ways. Some prefer to search for a gap between traffic. Others will look for a clear opening on the road. Others still look for a point at which the road curves round a hill or mountain. You need to ensure that you don't block the entire road, regardless of what you do. Traffic jams will be created all over town if you do this.

Once you have selected a location to turn from, you must decide whether to make a sharp left-hand or a gradual right. A sharp turn is much easier to perform than a gradual one. It takes more effort and takes more time. On top of that, it makes it harder to steer your car properly. For these reasons, most drivers prefer to make gradual turns.

You need to accelerate quickly enough to make it possible to escape the car in front. Too fast and you will crash into the bumper of the vehicle in front. You can also run off the road if you accelerate too quickly. In either scenario, you could end up losing control of your car or crash. This is why you should accelerate slowly. Start with very little acceleration, and only increase it as you near the edge of the road.

When you've finished cornering, you need to slow down immediately. This is especially important in heavy traffic. Otherwise, you'll risk running someone over.
