He then went on to win the FireKeepers Casino 400, before finishing 40th at the Coke Zero 400 and finally claiming the championship at Dover.
On May 13, Logano entered the race in sixth place, but was quickly knocked back to mid-pack after a speeding penalty and cut tire. He managed to stay in the middle of the pack for the remainder of the race but crashed into Danica Patrick and Aric Almirola during the final laps. Both drivers were injured in the fiery wreck, and Logano's post-race interview was marked by tears and apprehension.
Denny Hamlin
After finishing in the top-10 at every race this season, Denny Hamlin is a logical choice to lead the nascar points championship. He has been consistent over the past few years.
